All orders are dispatched from the House of Helia studio in the Northern Rivers, NSW. 

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3 business days, and pre-order items are shipped generally within 3 weeks (please refer to individual product pages for more accurate dispatch estimates).

Shipping Rates:

Standard Australia-wide: $10

Express Australia-wide: $15

Free shipping on Australian orders over $300

International:
Shipping prices vary according to destination & will be calculated at checkout. If you would like a shipping quote, or if we do not currently provide a shipping option to your country, please send an email to hello@houseofhelia.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item/s by emailing hello@houseofhelia.com and stating the nature of the problem. 

Due to the small scale of House of Helia, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are unhappy with your garment or for example, have ordered the wrong size, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit. 

All exchanges must be sent back within 5 days of email correspondence and confirmation, and all items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed & with tags attached. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and must include tracking.

All items are carefully made with care and attention to detail in the House of Helia studio & are assessed before dispatch. However, in the event of a faulty item, please contact hello@houseofhelia.com immediately so that we may arrange a replacement, refund, exchange, or store credit.
